In Traditional Chinese Medicine they discovered a link between the health of our internal organs and the tension held in our muscles..


Our muscles have certain parts that hold tension which lie along energetic pathways known as meridians and depending where we hold tension in our muscles, along these meridians, will reveal the health of our internal body..


The great news is that when we practice QiGong and move our physical bodies with deep breathing, we stimulate the flow of energy along these meridians lines improving its flow and helping to release any stored tension..


As you strengthen your mind-body connection through repetition and refinement of each movement you will start to feel your natural flow of energy optimize and can use a short flow or practice at any time throughout the day when you want a quick boost..


Think of your body like a river of water, the water being the energy that is continuously flowing all around you..


And tension in your body is like when debris (such as trees, rocks or logs) fall into the river and obstruct the flow of energy..


Now the body is smart so it will find a way to keep you moving around any tension, tightness or pain just like the water will find a way to continue flowing through the river around the blockage even if it creates a bit of a bottleneck, restricting the flow..


But regular practice is like a strong current, helping to circulate the water through the river and clear away any debris just like improving the blood flow in your body will encourage circulation in your muscles, veins, and arteries..


Now since creating and teaching it I’ve realized it is the most effective way I’ve ever seen to beat unwanted fatigue and get more energy..

How hard is the 8 Week QiGong Activation System?

 

Anyone of any age or fitness level can practice this system. The bare minimum is that you can at least perform deep breathing (I’ve taught QiGong to those physically disabled and so long as the breathing is deep & with intention – it works!)
